Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men living in the UK1

 

 

 

 

More than 62,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year on average, with more than 12,000 deaths per year*

A devastating reality for patients with advanced prostate cancer is that it is incurable and often fatal.2,3

Living with mCRPC can significantly reduce a patient’s HRQoL due to the worsening symptoms and adverse events caused by life-prolonging therapies6

LYNPARZA is the first PARP inhibitor recommended by NICE and accepted by SMC in mCRPC, available as both monotherapy and in combination with abiraterone and prednisone or prednisolone8-11

NICE recommended and SMC accepted as combination therapy for the treatment of adult patients with mCRPC in whom chemotherapy is not clinically indicated8,11
 

 

NICE recommended and SMC accepted as monotherapy for treating hormone-relapsed mCRPC with BRCA1/2-mutations that has progressed after NHA (such as abiraterone or enzalutamide) in adults9,10

LYNPARZA tablets are indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with mCRPC and BRCA1/2-mutations (germline and/or somatic) who have progressed following prior therapy, including an NHA.12

LYNPARZA tablets are indicated in combination with abiraterone and prednisone or prednisolone for the treatment of adult patients with mCRPC in whom chemotherapy is not clinically indicated.12
