Resectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)1
IMFINZI in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy as neoadjuvant treatment, followed by IMFINZI as monotherapy after surgery, is indicated for the treatment of adults with resectable (tumours ≥4 cm and/or node positive) NSCLC and no known EGFR mutations or ALK rearrangements.
Unresectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)1
IMFINZI as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of locally advanced, unresectable NSCLC in adults whose tumours express PD-L1 on ≥1% of tumour cells and whose disease has not progressed following platinum-based chemoradiation therapy.
Extensive stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC)1
IMFINZI in combination with etoposide and either carboplatin or cisplatin is indicated for the first-line treatment of adults with ES-SCLC.
Limited-stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (LS-SCLC)1
IMFINZI as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of adults with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC) whose disease has not progressed following platinum-based chemoradiation therapy.
Resectable Stage IB-IIIA EGFR-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)2,3
The adjuvant treatment after complete tumour resection in adult patients with Stage IB-IIIA NSCLC whose tumours have EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations.
Locally Advanced or Metastatic (Stage IV) EGFR-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)2,3
The first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with activating EGFR mutations.
Advanced Metastatic (Stage IV) EGFR-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)2,3
Pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy for the first-line treatment of adult patients with advanced NSCLC whose tumours have EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations.
Unresectable Stage III EGFR-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)2,3
The treatment of adult patients with locally advanced, unresectable (stage III) NSCLC whose tumours have EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations and whose disease has not progressed during or following platinum-based chemoradiation therapy.
