TAGRISSO is convenient for patients, with simple once-daily dosing.1,2

TAGRISSO Dosage

The recommended dose is 80 mg once daily, with or without food.1

TAGRISSO is available in a 40 mg and 80 mg tablet.1,2

TAGRISSO Administration

TAGRISSO should be swallowed whole with water and it should not be crushed, split or chewed.1,2

For patients who have difficulty swallowing solids:1,2

  • Disperse tablet in 50 ml of non-carbonated water only without crushing. Stir until tablet is dispersed into small pieces (the tablet will not completely dissolve), and swallow immediately.  An additional half a glass of water should be added to ensure that no residue remains and then immediately swallowed. No other liquids should be added
  • TAGRISSO can be dissolved in water and swallowed or taken through an nasogastric (NG) tube. For administration via NG tube, please see the complete product labelling
If a dose of TAGRISSO is missed, the dose should be made up unless the next dose is due within 12 hours1,2

Some situations may require dose interruption, discontinuation, or adjustment.1,2 For information about dose modifications, please see the complete product labelling. If a dose modification is required, a 40 mg formulation is available.
