STRIDE (Single Tremelimumab Regular Interval Durvalumab) brings together two complementary mechanisms of immune checkpoint inhibition:

IMJUDO (tremelimumab) blocks CTLA-4, priming the immune response by increasing T-cell activation and proliferation.^1-3

IMFINZI (durvalumab) blocks PD-L1 to help enhance the anti-tumour immune response^1-3
